Kodori is a unique take-away food business based on a blend of traditional dishes from Japan and Korea. The signature meal is the well known Japanese Teppanyaki where the food is cooked on the hot plate in front of you.

A vital part of the Kodori concept is the design of the store. While each new outlet will carry a central theme it will also incorporate significant design variation to maintain the concept of everything about Kodori being “fresh”. The quality of the finishes and the equipment will be maintained through each new store, all within a financially viable budget.
