A vital part of the Kodori concept is the design of the store. While each new outlet will carry a central theme it will also incorporate significant design variation to maintain the concept of everything about Kodori being “fresh”. The quality of the finishes and the equipment will be maintained through each new store, all within a financially viable budget.
The Kodori store requires approximately 40m2 depending on layout, plus 10m2 – 15m2 dry storage area and the minimum shopfront is 6.5m. All the usual food services infrastructure are also a standard requirement for new stores.
Kodori has a strong appeal amongst Asian customers and as such can be located in any area with a strong Asian demographic.
